Booking
Please note that sessions are not considered booked until a 50% deposit is made or the PO is received. We do not accept walk-ins, and we do not book sessions without a deposit or allow deposits to be made upon arrival for a session. Deposit must be arranged in advance.
The remaining balance is due before the session start time.
Daytime hourly rates apply to any session that ENDS by 6 pm or earlier (Call or email to discuss rates)
All session start times must be between 10am at the earliest and 10pm at the latest.
Bookings must be made a minimum of 4 hours in advance, but to ensure room and engineer availability it is recommended to book your sessions about 3-5 days in advance.
Sessions are billed from the officially booked start time, not from when clients arrive. If you arrive an hour late, that does not mean you will be able to run an hour past the session end time. If the session end time exceeds the original booked time, it must be approved by the Studio Manager. The extra time will be billed at the hourly rate for the studio room.
Payment
Please note that due to recent fraudulent activity, all in-person credit card payments must be presented with an ID and cardholder must be present.
By Phone:
All credit cards paid via phone must have credit card authorization form filled out and emailed to admin@5starproduction.net The cardholder’s ID must also be sent with the credit card auth form. Remaining balance is due before session start time.
Other Payment Type:
Payment may be made by cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal or PO (major labels only) If paying by cash, a valid credit card must be on file for incidentals.
Damages
Clients are held liable for any damages made in their studio during their session. The credit card on file will be charged for any damages. Any damages during the session time will be documented and sent over to the contact person with 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled within 24-hours before the officially booked start time will be credited, and will be able to be re-booked at any available future time without any penalty.
Sessions canceled in less than 24-hours before the officially booked start time will forfeit the option to receive a credit for the deposit or future bookings.

Food & Beverage Policy
Food can be stored in our refrigerator but must be named and easily identified. Food is not allowed inside studio rooms or entertainment room, you must only eat your food in the kitchen. Snacks and drinks ARE allowed in studio BUT must be kept away from all equipment.
